6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use NeuroRead Pro only for lawful purposes:
- You represent that you have legal authorization to read and store the documents you upload to your library in accordance with applicable copyright laws.
- You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or exploit the cloud infrastructure, APIs, or authentication mechanisms.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEUROREAD PRO IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL NEUROREAD PRO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE CLOUD SERVICE.
8. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
